• Details you give us: your name and mobile number when you request a call back, a cost sheet or a site visit, plus your preferred visit date, time and pickup choice.
• How you found us: campaign tags and click identifiers from the link you used (for example from Google, Meta or WhatsApp), the page you landed on, and your device type.
• Usage data: anonymous analytics about pages visited, collected by Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.

Why we use it

We use your details only to contact you by phone or WhatsApp about the properties you asked about, to arrange site visits, and to understand which of our advertising works. We do this on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the box on our forms.

Who we share it with

• Our sales team, through our internal lead tools (email, a team messaging group and a shared spreadsheet).
• The builder of the project you enquired about, only when needed to register you for a site visit or booking.
• Service providers who host this website and deliver our messages, under confidentiality obligations.

We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while you are looking for a home with us and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up and legal record-keeping, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights
